I have heard of few CDD owners in America. Where do you purchase it in USA?

Do anyone have same problem as I have? My Ural is asking some PUK -code, and I don't have it. I heard that PUK-code is in some paper, but I don't have that paper.

Is there some other place, where I can get it?

Where did you get your CDD? Did it come in a metal case, with two remotes, a microphone, and a manual in Russian? That's the standard packaging. The manual has the PUK-code on the last page.

Ben Milne from Elemental Designs have imported a number of units about half a year ago. As far as I know, they have all the units sold out. It was a group buy for the icixsound.com forum.

There are owners of CDD on that forum. Some of them sell CDD from time to time (rarely enough, though). You may want to check.
There is no official importer of CDD in USA.

Yes, i have a metal case, with two remotes, but i don't have a manual.. :) I have the card, where are some numbers. Can those numbers help me?
This is so wonderful.. :) i'm third owner of that player, and I know just who have bought it first and importer of that.

Do i have to send email to Moscow, that they can give me that code?

Try sending a PM to Gary here.

The card is of no use, as far as I know.
Can you contact the person that sold you the unit?
