Adding Language

Gary,
I want add english as interface language.
URAL Receiver asks for the disk.
I have not it.
Could you please supply me by this language adding software?

English (NEUTRAL) interface language is one of the languages embedded in you firmware.
You have to enter "Setup-Language" ("Настройки-Язык"; "Nastroiki-Yazyk") menu item and select "Neutral" ("Нейтральный"; "Neitralnyi")
